I often stop here in the early morning to fish for walleyes before heading down the north end

of Manitowick Lake. There's a small creek to the left of this big rock that washes down food to hungry fish waiting for their morning meal.

This is one of those special places where I sometimes just shut down the outboard engine and enjoy the serenity of this magical place...do you have a place like this.

Tiltle: "Silver Falls Michipicoten River Village" 5x7 acrylic on canvas. Silver Falls is a nice little waterfalls that joins up with Wawa Creek and then dumps into the Michipicoten River...their journey ends a mile or so downstream at Lake Superior. There's a sense of spirituality in this area were three rivers meet!
