Title: "Oiseau Bay / Lake Superior" 8x10" acrylic on canvas. Oiseau Bay is located on the North Eastern shore of Lake Superior. This painting was done from memory and a little help from a photo. I remember visiting this bay a good number of years ago and was overwhelmed by a sense of peace and serenity. I wrote a song about a trapper who worked the land in this area and published it on my Gitche Gummee/Songs From The Lake album.
